Our job coaches will help individuals with disabilities learn, accommodate, and carry out their work responsibilities. They can work with your loved one individually or in small groups. Our professionals can also guide them in developing the interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace.
To fully tap into their potential, our job coaches will assess their strengths and needs. They will work with your loved one both in and outside of the workplace. When on the worksite, our coaches can directly observe your loved one’s abilities and identify the areas in need of improvement. With this, they will receive immediate assistance and feedback from our experts.
